Netflix’s Trending Movies and Shows on October 15, 2022

Some big titles have joined the Netflix Top 10 rankings lately. The likes of Mila Kunis The luckiest girl in the world and Evan Peters’ Dahmer — Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story are among the titles that have made the most noise, as both dominate the rankings. However, things have changed lately. After a long stint in first place, Dahmer was toppled, and now Kunis’ film has also been dethroned on the movie side. So what exactly succeeded in book-movie adaptation? Well, you will find out by discussing the changes that have taken place in the last 24 hours.

Top 10 Movies on Netflix in the US – October 15, 2022

by Marlon Wayans The Curse of Bridge Hollow now ranks first among movies on netflixindicating that the spooky season is slowly taking over the trending list. The luckiest girl in the world, meanwhile, fell only one place and now sits in second place. At number 3 is the Action thriller directed by Josh Duhamel Blackout, which was one place higher than yesterday. Underrated animated film Megamind fell one place, and this development left it in the fourth slot. And Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (a personal favorite of mine) is at No. 5, having been lower on Friday. The Doo the presence of the sequel on the streamer – which made writer James Gunn a little salty — is further evidence of how Halloween-adjacent fare seeps into the list.

Sing 2 saw a pretty big jump, as the star-studded musical jumped from ninth place to sixth place. At number 7 is the sports documentary The Redeem Team, which was two places higher yesterday. by Gerard Butler Last seen alive lost a place and is now eighth. Mr. Harrigan’s phone took a serious dive, as the film was in fourth place the other day and is currently at No. 9. Today’s ranking close in tenth place is Zac Efron’s 17 againwho lost two places.

The Observer is still No. 1 on the TV list after overtaking Ryan Murphy’s production Dahmer — Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. The latter, which turned out to be one of the most polarizing shows on netflix, is currently in the second slot. Third place still belongs to The Midnight ClubThe last of Mike Flanagan (already making plans for Season 2). The fishermanwhich just released a new season, sits in fourth place, having moved there from sixth. The blacklist didn’t move too much since he was fourth yesterday and fifth today.

The great British pastry fair jumped back on the list and took the No. 6 spot. The fan-favorite competition series is followed by Conversations with a Killer: The Tapes of Jeffrey Dahmer, which slipped from fifth to seventh place. Eighth place features a new addition in The molea reboot of the ABC show of the same name. Oddballs is again in ninth place, and to complete the list at No. 10 is The Empresswho moved there after losing three squares.

Of all the changes, I’m particularly curious to know how long The Curse of Bridge Hollow can retain the top spot, as I’m not sure it has the legs for longevity like some other titles. But again, Marlon Wayans has a strong following, and audiences are undoubtedly looking for Halloween-centric films that the whole family can enjoy. We’ll have to see how things pan out for comedy and fellow trending list members, but, in the meantime, you can grab a Netflix subscription so you can view all the content.
