Prime Video mega deal: unlock new movies and box sets to watch for 99p

This offer is exclusively available to Amazon Prime members and means they can unlock tons of new things to watch for less than the price of a sandwich or something from the McDonalds economy menu. For those who do not have the service, you can register for a Amazon Prime Free Trial to take advantage of the offer.

If you like the sound of this offering, you need to act fast because it won’t last forever.

The Prime Video 99p channel deal expires on July 13.

Depending on the channel you subscribe to, you will be able to enjoy a lot of exclusive and popular content.

A StarzPlay subscription will let you watch hit shows like The Great (which stars Elle Fanning and About A Boy’s Nicholas Hoult), Power Book, and Outlander.

While a BritBox subscription will let you watch decades of BBC and ITV classics, with shows such as Poirot and Broadchurch available with the library.

A MUBI subscription, meanwhile, will allow you to watch arthouse films, including Drive My Car – a 2022 Oscar-winning Japanese film.

If you want to try before you buy, free episodes of select Prime Video channels are available now.

You can watch episodes of shows such as The Great, Castle Rock and Outlander without paying a dime – which might help you decide whether to subscribe to channels or not.

Remember that although these channels are currently reduced to 99p, this is only for the first month, and prices will return to normal from the second month.

One channel you can’t get for 99p is the new Paramount+ streaming service.

This Netflix and Prime Video rival debuted around the end of June with a large library of exclusive content such as the TV show Halo and blockbuster films such as the entire Star Trek back catalogue.

You can watch Paramount+ as a Prime Video channel or you can go to the official website to register.

Usually a seven-day free trial is offered with Paramount+, but recently revealed there’s a way to get an entire month’s free access.
