The 10 Best New Movies Added to Netflix in March

Of all streaming platforms, Netflix

NFLX
is by far the most active. Week by week, month by month, the world’s most viral streaming service adds many new movies to its digital library.

Which makes choosing a movie…well. Difficult.

I hope I can help. I’ve gone through all the new movies that are new to Netflix so far this month and picked out ten of my favorites. In this article, I’m going to go over each of them and at the end, you’ll find a comprehensive list of all the new movies and TV shows available on Netflix this month.

sorry to disturb you

In an alternate reality of present-day Oakland, California, telemarketer Cassius Green finds himself in a macabre universe after discovering a magic key that leads to material glory. As Green’s career begins to take off, his friends and colleagues stage a protest against corporate oppression. Cassius soon falls under the spell of Steve Lift, a cocaine-snorting CEO who offers him a salary beyond his wildest dreams.

freddie

Several Midwestern teenagers fall prey to Freddy Krueger, a disfigured midnight mutilator who preys on teenagers in their dreams, which, in turn, kills them in reality. After investigating the phenomenon, Nancy begins to suspect that a dark secret kept by her and her friends’ parents might hold the key to unraveling the mystery, but can Nancy and her boyfriend Glen solve the puzzle before is it too late?

The green Line

Paul Edgecomb has walked the mile with a variety of drawbacks. He had never met anyone like John Coffey, a hulking black man convicted of brutally killing two younger sisters. Coffey had the size and the strength to kill anyone, but not the behavior. Beyond his simple and naive nature and a mortal fear of the dark, Coffey seemed to possess a prodigious and supernatural gift. Paul began to wonder if Coffey was really guilty of murdering the two girls.

The wedding of my best friend

Childhood friends Julianne Potter and Michael O’Neal had a deal to get married if they were still single at 28. Now, four days before his 28th birthday, O’Neil announces he will marry a gorgeous 20-year-old girl named Kimberly. Suddenly realizing that she is in fact in love with him, Julianne swears to stop the marriage at all costs. However, when she is made a maid of honor, things get even more complex.

Public enemies

The charm and boldness of Depression-era bank robber John Dillinger endeared him to much of the downtrodden American public, but he was also a thorn in the side of J. Edgar Hoover and the FBI fledgling. Desperate to capture the elusive outlaw, Hoover makes Dillinger his first public enemy number one and entrusts his top agent, Melvin Purvis, with the task of bringing him back dead or alive.

Zoolander

Propelled to the top of the fashion world by a photogenic look he calls “Blue Steel”, silly male model Derek Zoolander thinks he’s got a fourth consecutive Male Model of the Year win in the bag. But, when his rival, Hansel, unexpectedly takes the crown, Derek is crushed. He becomes easy prey for fashion designer Jacobim Mugatu, who signs Derek to star in his “Derelicte” fashion show, then brainwashes him into killing the Malaysian Prime Minister.

Coach Carter

In 1999, Ken Carter returns to his old high school in Richmond, California to get the basketball team back in shape. With strict rules and academic discipline, it manages to put players on a winning streak. But when their grades start to suffer, Carter kicks them out of the gym and puts their championship season on hold. When criticized by players and their parents, he sticks to his guns, determined that they excel in the classroom and on the pitch.

Shrek

Once upon a time, in a distant swamp, there was an ogre named Shrek whose precious solitude was suddenly shattered by an invasion of annoying fairy tale characters. They were all banished from their kingdom by the evil Lord Farquaad. Determined to save their home, Shrek makes a deal with Farquaad and sets out to rescue Princess Fiona to become Farquaad’s bride. Saving the princess may be small compared to her deep, dark secret.

V for Vendetta

Post-World War London is a police state occupied by a fascist government, and a vigilante known only as V uses terrorist tactics to battle the oppressors of the world he now lives in. When V rescues a young woman named Evey from the secret police, he discovers an ally in his fight against the English oppressors.

The Shawshank Redemption

Andy Dufresne is sentenced to two consecutive life sentences for the murders of his wife and her lover and is sentenced to a prison term. However, only Andy knows he didn’t commit the crimes. There, he befriends Red, experiences the brutality of prison life, adapts, helps the warden, etc., all in 19 years.
